Paris founded Collectiveview in 2000 and has led the company for more than 25 years, building it into a trusted partner for Fortune 500 companies and organizations with 500+ employees looking to get more value out of their real estate portfolios.

His focus on innovation and efficiency shaped Collectiveview's IWMS and CAFM software, built to centralize facilities data, automate routine tasks, and give facility managers real-time visibility into occupancy, moves, and lease obligations. Clients working with the platform typically see at least a 5% reduction in operational costs — often hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings over the life of a large office footprint.

Paris has also shaped how Collectiveview does business: one flat monthly rate with no long-term contracts and no extra charges for implementation, changes, or reporting — the features many competitors bill for individually. It reflects a broader philosophy: facility management software should make things simpler, not add another line item.

Eric Steidley serves as Collectiveview's Chief Technology Officer, leading the technical direction behind the platform. He doesn't back down from a hard technical challenge, and he brings that same persistence to balancing two priorities that don't always pull in the same direction: keeping Collectiveview's software running reliably today, while continuing to advance it for tomorrow.
