This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the guidelines for acceptable and prohibited uses of the Collectiveview, Inc website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Collectiveview, Inc Terms of Service.
This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Collectiveview, Inc (“Collectiveview,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Collecting or harvesting personal information without consent
- Disclosing sensitive personal information of others without authorization
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing individuals or groups
- Uploading or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringing intellectual property or proprietary rights
- Promoting or facilitating illegal activities
- Hosting or distributing content that exploits or harms minors
System and Network Abuse
You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization
- Circumventing authentication or security measures
- Using tools designed to compromise system security
- Transmitting corrupted data or harmful files
Resource Usage
You may not use the Services in a manner that excessively consumes resources or negatively impacts other users. Prohibited activities include:
- Deliberate attempts to overload or disrupt the Services (e.g., denial-of-service attacks)
- Activities that degrade system performance or availability
No Spam Policy
You may not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications or spam. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited commercial emails or messages
- Using purchased or third-party contact lists without proper consent
- Operating campaigns that violate applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act
Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit or transmit through the Services. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, disable, or remove content that violates this Policy or may harm users, third parties, or the Services.
Copyright
You may not upload or distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization. Upon receiving a valid claim of infringement, we may remove the content and take appropriate action, including termination of repeat offenders.
Enforcement
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether a violation of this Policy has occurred and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Suspending or terminating access to the Services
- Removing or disabling access to content
- Restricting system access or usage
- Reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement
We may take additional actions as necessary to protect the Services, our users, and third parties.
