Collectiveview was founded in 2000 by a team with formal training in IFMA and BOMA industry standards — people who understood facilities management not as a software category, but as a daily operational reality.

Before we built software, we built expertise. In real estate. In facilities management. In the specific, unglamorous problems that facility managers deal with every single day — work orders that fall through the cracks, floor plans that go stale, moves that nobody tracked, lease dates that nobody remembered until it was too late.
